Village at Northstar
The Village at Northstar is an exciting place to own property! There are many new shops and restaurants lining the streets within The Village to give it a European feel. Located above the shops are the condos where homeowners can enjoy the fun festivities in The Village. A few condos have ski-in/ski-out access and are located right on the ski hill! Northstar’s ice skating rink is the center of it all during the winter months.
Properties in the Village at Northstar do have to pay HOA dues. Amenities for Village owners include the option to purchase a Tahoe Mountain Club Membership.
