Prosser is a lovely neighborhood located just north of downtown Truckee, with great access to schools and conveniences. Prosser is made up of primarily full time residents. This area is forested and has a private, secluded feel. Nearby Prosser Reservoir provides great lake activities like kayaking, paddleboarding and fishing, and nordic skiing in the winter.
