Dollar Point

Dollar Point is a lovely neighborhood on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Many homes here enjoy incredible lake views. There is a great bike path from Dollar Point into Tahoe City, which residents love to use to avoid summer traffic and have a refreshing outing.

Dollar Point Association amenities are widely regarded as some of the most desirable on the North Shore, and rental income potential in the summer is very solid.

Some homes on Dollar Point lie outside the borders of DPA, and therefore have no annual fees. Owners can utilize the beautiful public beaches at Skylandia State Park and Lake Forest.
