I’d like to let you know that the person that I spoke with in your office, I believe her name was Jenny, was wonderful. I was struck with her professionalism and immediate “can do” attitude. She was responsive, helpful, and while she was clearly in the office after hours, she was patient, amiable, and unquestioningly put my “needs” first. I was impressed and wanted to pass this along. My guess is that you already know she’s pretty special!
