Here is another interesting article I recently came across on CNN Money. The title is Real Estate: It’s Time to Buy Again. Author Shawn Tully makes some interesting statements about the current status of the real estate market:

Forget stocks. Don’t bet on gold. After four years of plunging home prices, the most attractive asset class in America is housing.

So let’s state it simply and forcibly: Housing is back.

Tully talks about new construction in the real estate markets, expectations for the foreclosure market, and why he believes the real estate market is on its way up.
