- Check the roof for any damage or leaks.
- Clean gutters and downspouts.
- Inspect the chimney and have it cleaned.
- Check the foundation for any cracks or signs of shifting.
- Check HVAC systems & change filters.
- Remove any tree/shrub debris from around the property.
- Test & replace batteries in smoke detectors/CO dectors.
- Clean & inspect the deck for any damaged boards.
- Pull out the BBQ from storage.
- Summerize your boat.
